She was predeceased by: her husband John Edward Church; and her parents, Henrietta Conyers and Glennie Fulton Carter. She is survived by: her children, Nathan Church and Misty Church; her grandchildren, Amanda Conner, Steven Payne, Taylor Wingate, Jordan, Michael, John Carter and Mallory Church; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Ava, Michael and Scilas; and her sister Billie Nadine Stallesworth of Austin, TX..
