He is survived by: his brother Scott Blackburn (Tonya); his nephew Peyton S. Blackburn; his niece Chelsea G. Blackburn; his grandmother Doreen W. Gill; and also, Frankfort Blackburn and Kevin H. Blackburn (Taylor).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Ministry at First Christian Church.
