Ratliff of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in McRoberts, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Hall and Lettie Little Hall; her husband Gary Evis Ratliff; her son Gary Evis Ratliff Jr.; and her sister Phyllis Antonakos.
She is survived by: her son Brant Ratliff (Mary); her grandchildren, Lily, Anna, Mia, Ashley and Samara; her great grandchild Monroe; her nieces, Deidre, Dana and Donya; and her nephew Darren.
