Hilborn III (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Karen Hilborn Crabtree (Keith), Sharon Hilborn (Jack Ott), Richmond, James Hilborn IV and Robert Hilborn of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Jacob Blevins, Eli Blevins, Taylor Hilborn, Jamie Hilborn and Brandon Hilborn (Shelby Weber); and his great grandchild Aphelia Rose Hilborn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Franklin County Senior Citizens Center or First United Methodist Church.
