It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Ginn (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Smith and James Lawrence Ginn. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Woods Ginn; his sons, Adam Ginn (Stella) and James Michael Ginn (Jemalyn); and his grandchildren, Jackson Ginn, Aradia Ginn and Selene Ginn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crestwood Baptist Church, 1006 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY.
