He is survived by: his wife Donna Spears Lathery; his sons, Jeff Lathery (Jenifer) and James Steven Lathery (Jennifer); his sisters, Linda Darlene Peel (Eugene) and Cathy Rodgers (Wayne); his grandsons, Christopher Allen Lathery (Sonia) and James Tyler Lathery; and his great grandchildren, Raelyn Grace Lathery and Kimberlyn Rose Lathery.
