He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Campbell Case; his children, Tabitha Robinson (Tommy) of Frankfort, Billy Joe Robinson of West Virginia, Josh Case (Jennifer) of Lexington and Wayne Case of Booneville, KY; his grandchildren, Alyssa Robinson, Aubrey Curnutt and Braxton Curnutt; and his siblings, Steve Case (Ruby) of Bagdad, KY and Alla Case of Lexington.
