James C. Snook Obituary
In loving memory of James C. Snook (Frankfort, Kentucky), who departed this world on February 19, 2025 at the age of 87. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beckham Snook and Alice Snavely Snook; and his siblings, Roy T. Snook, Evelyn Long, Marie Kays, Juanita Renfro and Mary J. Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Weeks (Thom), Neatra Snook, Sylvia Quire, Peggianna Conway (Richard), James Ashley Snook (Heather) and Sandy Messinger (Tom); and his sisters, Carol Ruble and Wanda Rutherford. He is also survived by 15 grandkids, 21 great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lebanon Baptist Church (7945 Owenton Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
