She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Flannery and Nancy Jane Madden Flannery; and her son Jeffrey Martin McKinney. She is survived by: her husband Robert Marvin McKinney; her siblings, Clettus Flannery, Barbara Flannery Baxter, Diane Flannery, Joyce Flannery and Rita Porter; and her children, Julie McKinney Curtsinger (Toby) and Marvin Bradley McKinney (Jennifer). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
