George Edward Mays Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Edward Mays in Frankfort, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Gross Mays; and his son Edward. He is survived by: his father Troy Otis; his wife Anne Wesley Switzer Mays; his son Troy (Joyce); his grandchildren, Skylar, Les (Paige) and Hunter (Anna); and his great grandchildren, Jenevieve, Isabelle and Van.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
