She was predeceased by: her sister Carol (John Milton). She is survived by: her children, Steve Collins (Becky), Richard Collins (Caroline) and Debra Taylor (Seth); her grandchildren, Robert Collins (April), Beth Collins, Alice Collins Mettille (Joe), Aaron Collins, Will Collins (Taylor), Will Ruffin (Ashton), David Ruffin (Sarah), Ben Ruffin (Kaitlyn) and Collins Taylor; her great grandchildren, Cole Collins, Sam Collins, Ty Harrod, Ernie Mettille, Brawner Collins, Josie Collins, Gigi Collins, Avery Collins, Belle Collins, Emmett Collins, Beau Collins, Levi Ruffin, Faith Ruffin, Ava Ruffin, Belle Ruffin, Prather Ruffin and Clyde Ruffin; her great great grandchildren, Gracelyn Collins, Jett Vest-Collins and Garrett Collins; her sister-in-law Billie Marie Rice; and her niece Janet.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (72 Shepherd Way, Frankfort, KY 40601).
