George Abbott-Maze Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Abbott-Maze (Frankfort, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Abbott and Florence Abbott (Mills); and his siblings, Barbara, Alan and Donald.
He is survived by: his brother Douglas (Kathi); his spouse Larry E. Maze; his children, Leigh Ann Leaman (Eric) of Virginia and Bradford DeMarco (Donna) of New Jersey; his stepchildren, Darren Maze of Mississippi, Danielle Maze of Colorado, Elizabeth Sniegocki (Ryan) of Arkansas and Kate Tafs (Frank) of Minnesota; and his stepgrandchildren, William Leaman, Nicholas DeMarco, Julian Leaman, Hannah Maze, Ethan Maze, Avery Turner, Landon Tafs and Paige Tafs.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (311 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601).
