It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Franklin Horn of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle W. Horn and Hazel Horn; and his spouse Claire Clayton Horn of Frankfort. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Robinson and Linda Horn; and his grandchildren, Tom, Michelle and Neil.
