It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellsworth Edward Davis Sr. of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Young Davis, Sr. and Annie Chisley Davis; and his son Clifton B. Ellis, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Viembre Ann Nicholson (Christopher), Ellsworth Edward "Eddie" Davis, Jr. (Kristy), Tonya Davis-Marshall (Charles), William Kenneth Ellis (Ann) and DeLisa Davis; and his siblings, Mary Robinson, James T. Davis and Robert L. Davis (Marjorie). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
