She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ball and Birdie Catherine Posey Ball; her husband Fred Louis Pentecost; and her daughter Catherine Hockensmith. She is survived by: her children, Fred Lynn Pentecost (Helen) and Jan Pentecost (Brian); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Chassity, Brittany, Jon, Tucker, Brandon and Justin. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fernwood Cemetery (920 Madison St, Henderson, KY 42420).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care or the Franklin County Humane Society.
