She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Henry Smith and Esther Marie Cook Chapman; her husband Donald Kelly Carr, Sr.; and her brother Eugene Henry Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Carr (Kellie) and Henry Carr (Missy); her grandchildren, Aaron Carr (Chasity), Jennifer Carr, Courtnie Kirby (Caleb) and Ethan Carr (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Ruby, Jonah Carr and Harper Carr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
