He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie L. Powe and Lucinda Mae Powe (Clark); and his wife Janice Marie Powe. He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Powe; his siblings, Myra Garrett and Gary Powe; his nephews, James B. Garrett and Drake Powe (Rebecca); and his niece Lynetta Patterson (Patrick). He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
