He is survived by: his wife Linda Blackburn; his children, Kenneth Blackburn, Steve Blackburn (Ruth) and Laura Quire; his siblings, Charles Blackburn (Janice), Robert Blackburn (Pam), Mary E. Underwood and Sarah Turner; and his pet Tippy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
