He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bartlett; his children, Anthony Lee Bartlett of Frankfort, KY, Stevie Jewell (Tanya) of Harrodsburg, KY and Jennifer Kelley of Cynthiana, KY.; his grandchildren, Jaxon Quire, Brooklyn Bartlett, Kendrick Kelley, William Jewell and Loren Contreras; his great grandchildren, Jaxton Contreras, Paigeleigh, Levi, Liam Jewell, Kylin, Eliana and Everly Kelley; and his brother Raymond Bartlett (Shirley).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Unity of the Faith (859 E Main St, Frankfort, KY 40601).
