With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Marshall (Frankfort, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doug Marshall to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Selbert Pickett Marshall and Ida Mae Gay Marshall; and his brother Neville Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Patty Marshall; his children, Jimmy Marshall (Cindy), Cathy McElmurray (Dee), David Marshall (Missy) and Bruce Marshall (Kathy); his sisters, Jane Duvall and Iris Walton (Stan); and his grandchildren, Emily Vogt, Jared Marshall, Jason Marshall, Will McElmurray, Morgan Mefford, Jordon Marshall, Clay Marshall, Katie Marshall, Kristen Dedman, Von Marshall and Drew Marshall. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter House (118 Park Ave, Frankfort, KY 40601).
