He is survived by: his wife Pat Carmicle Charles of Frankfort, KY; his children, Dennis Charles, Jr. and Delissa Charles of Berea; his grandchildren, Sativa, Athena, Davina, Sophia, Miles and Cole; and his siblings, Jeff and Linda of Florida.
