We bid farewell to David B. Bugg (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Danville, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 7, 2024 at the age of 75. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to David's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration David has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bugg and Ann Spoonamore Bugg. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Joan Caywood; and his daughter Brandi Schwarz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home (1725 Louisville Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Rest Haven Cemetery.
