With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Garland Lewis in Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cynthia Garland Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Garland, Jr. and Mary E. Flynn Garland; and her son Benjamin Lewis. She is survived by: her husband James H. Lewis, Jr.; her children, Corey Lewis (Emily), Holly Brunson (Stefan) and Michael Lewis (Tedra Hunt); her cousin Jennifer Flynn; and her grandchildren, Elijah Brunson and Sarah Brunson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist (211 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
