It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Phillips (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Lee Dudgeon and Dorothy Ann Raley Dudgeon. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Lee Phillips; her children, Melanie Penn, Dakota and Ryan Phillips; her grandchildren, James, Delilah and Helena Vaughn; and her siblings, Bonnie Elswick (Paul), Phyllis Dudgeon and Gail Marlatt (Ricky).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the University of Kentucky Children's Hospital.
