She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifton Albert and Sally Ward Clark Rice; her former husband Charles Richard Neff (Rick); her cousin Margaret Alice Murphy (Karsner); her siblings, Stephen Patrick Rice (Martha), Amy Louise Smith (Lenn) and Rebecca Lynn Allen (Jimmy); her nieces, Molly Rice, Mandy Bitting (Brian), Selena Curry (Jonathan), Amy Marie Carrico (Perry), Katie Hazelwood (Allen), Jenny Owens (David) and Mindy Stratton (Dale); her nephew Andrew Smith (Molly); and also Jim (James Karsner Murphy).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Swallowfield Church of Christ (13793 Swallowfield Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
