It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Marshall in Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Marshall and Alleen Allison Marshall; and his siblings, Greg Marshall and Kay Bowman (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Alice Brooks Marshall; his children, Brooke Garrett (Brandon), Elizabeth Marshall, Charles Lee Marshall and Ashley Marshall (Aron); his grandchildren, Ella Marshall, Austin Leigh, Charlie Garrett and Adelae Leigh; his brother John Riggin (Cindy); his brothers-in-law, Ray Brooks (Linda) and Tom Bowman; and his nieces, Mary Beth Mason (Dan), Lori Brooks, Tara Cracraft (Bo), Sara Hopper, Ashley Briody (Jack) and Alyssa Libbert (Jason).
