He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Hulette and Eva Allison Hulette; his wife Margaret Leigh Thomas of Pulaski County, KY.; and his brothers, James Stuart, Lyman, Garnett, Norris and Bomar.

He is survived by: his son Jeff (Rachel).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are encouraged to the following: Lebanon Church Cemetery Fund; Bluegrass Hospice Care.

“Cecil will always hold a special place in my heart. Cecil worked with my dad, Dick Barbour and when I went to dad’s place of business Cecil always had time for me. He was a kind and gentle person. As I grew older, I realized what a real gentleman was because that was who Cecil Hulette was. I’m glad he was apart of my life and that I occasionally ran into him and Margie over the years. I can definitely say that this world was a better place because of a gentleman named Cecil Hulette.”
