He is survived by: his wife Judy Tracy Penn; his children, Dale Penn (Kay) and Marni Cammack (Gayle); his grandchildren, Blake Penn, Ryan Cammack and Kassidy Penn; his pets, Mikey and Muffin; and his brother Pete Penn (Debbie).
