He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Biggs of Frankfort and Judy Shields Fuller of Moreland; his daughters, Cressa Fryrear, Marissa Smith of Moreland and Hailey Biggs of Berea, Kentucky; his granddaughter Ember Caddell; his stepfather Gene Fuller of Moreland; and his siblings, Melissa Hackney (Ray) of Nicholasville, Kentucky and Brandon Biggs of Moreland. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
