He was predeceased by: his sisters, Maxie Wright and Peggy Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Gilliam Holbrook; his son Barry Holbrook (Carla) of Frankfort; his brothers, Carl Holbrook, Frankfort Holbrook and George Holbrook; his grandchildren, Wade Holbrook, Cansas Dixon (Jonathon) and Hopkinsville; and his great grandchildren, Paxton, Sadie, Kensie and Beau.
