She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Pruitt of Georgetown, Kentucky. and Patti Sorrell Pruitt of Georgetown, Kentucky.; her brother John Russell Pruitt; and her grandmother Mary Ella Sorrell.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus Health of Louisville.
