He is survived by: his son Scott Tyler Conway (Jane Polsgrove Conway) of Elizabethtown; his granddaughters, Madison Jane Conway Taylor (Layne) of Hanover and Ann-Morgan Tyler Conway of Elizabethtown; his sister Alberta Cummins; his siblings-in-law, Larry Munson and Linda Munson of Nicholasville; his nephews, Sean Cummins and Brad Munson (Jill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Cummins, Ryan Cummins, Katie, Elizabeth, Caroline and Abby Munson; and his uncle Kenneth Tracy. He is also survived by several cousins and dear friends.
