It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Vogler of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Toppass, Sr. and Elizabeth Yount "Tootie" Toppass; her husband Paul Joseph Vogler; and her son Harold R. Bailey. She is survived by: her son Sawai Vogler (Karisia); her siblings, Eddie Toppass, Raymond Toppass (Carolyn), Kathryn Hulker (Danny) and Evelyn Freedman; her daughter-in-law Christy Bailey; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Katelyn and Paul Allen. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
