She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Albert Mitchell Sr. and Dorothy Helen Pulliam Mitchell; and her siblings, Orville Mitchell Jr., Donald Mitchell, Jack Mitchell, Jean Clark and Rachel Parrish.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Thomas Pulliam; her children, Bradley Pulliam, Julie Pulliam and Karen Pulliam; her grandchildren, Brian Pulliam, Brandon Pulliam, Benjamin Pulliam and Brooke Pulliam; her siblings, David L. Mitchell Sr. (Susan) and Mary Jumpp (Tim); her close friends, Helen Hawkins, Mary Hughes and Brenda Hedden; her pets, Katie, Buffy and Whiskers; and also, Tammie Conway, Shirley Smither and Lois Larson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
