With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Cunigan (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Rex Cunigan and Deb Cunigan; his children, Jonathan Jeffries of Frankfort, Alexis Jeffries of Frankfort and Benjamin Cunigan of Frankfort; his stepson Wesley Wainscott; his siblings, Nichole Cunigan and Chris Cunigan; and his grandparents, Barbara Blair, Denver Cunigan and Yovonne Crawley (Steve). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
