With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred L. Reed of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Lebanon, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alfred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hilman Reed and Mary Pauline Hamilton; and his brother John Reed, Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Kent Reed (Linda), Pat Reed (Peggy) and Frank Reed (Tori); his close friend Deb Schork; and also, Chris Schork and Julie McCleese.
