He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey "Pejib" Hatfield and Nona Partin Hatfield; and his grandchildren, James Hatfield and Dora Marie Hatfield. He is survived by: his wife Sara Lou; his children, Jennifer Cobb (Perry) of Powell, TN, Randal Hatfield (Charlotte) of Frakes, KY, Lisa Maiden (Junior) of Middlesboro, KY and Jessica Jones (Snoopy) of Frakes, KY; his grandchildren, Perry Lynn Cobb (Melanie), Travis Cobb (Carrie), Randi Collins (Jeromy), Isaac Maiden, Rachel Maiden and Shelton Jones; his great grandchildren, Katherine Cobb, Stephanie Hatfield, Harley Hatfield, Ethan Greer, Ellie Stafford (Mathen), Zack Greer (Taylor) and Madison Collins; his great great grandchildren, Evelie Stafford, Bella, Daisy Mae Greer and Oceana Smalls; and his sisters, Anna Faye Miracle (Wayland), Judy Partin (Sam), Clara Sue Miracle (Phillip) and Vanessa Dixon (Rickie).
