It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Gene Partin of Frakes, Kentucky, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beth Partin and Dora Partin; and his siblings, Kenneth "Dink" Partin and Rebecca Ann Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Partin; his daughters, Abby Hurst and Pam (Jason Partin); his grandchildren, Matthew Dykes and Ava Partin; his pet Lady Blue; and his brother Riley Partin. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
