She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Beulah Dixon Cobb, P. O. Cobb, Hiram Hurst and Roseann Hurst; and her uncle Donnie Hurst.
She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Hurst and Melissa Hurst; her husband Rusty Hurst; her children, Leslie Ann Nelson, Rosco Wayne Nelson and Christopher Bobby Lynn Hurst; and her aunts and uncles, Tammy (Chris Rife), Lonie Cobb, Lisa, Brenda, Joyce, James Cobb, Clint, Randy, Michael and Herman (Lindsey Cox). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the donations can be made directly to the family for Kody's 3 precious children she leaves behind.
