It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Bray Partin (Frakes, Kentucky), born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Miracle Bray. She is survived by: her father Charles Bray; and her son Charlie Partin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Green Hills Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
