She was predeceased by: her brother Greg Partin; and her grandparents, David, Lily Hurst, Oscar "Bud" and Evon Partin.
She is survived by: her parents, Willard William Partin and Dollie May Hurst Partin (Jack Amstutz); her stepmother Sharon Partin; her children, Caden Phipps, Cierra Atkins (Dawson) and Jailin Phipps; her siblings, Hank Partin (Jessica), Mark Partin (Georgia), Keith Partin, Pete Hurst, James Partin (Carrie), Patricia Partin (William), Amie Mason (Trent) and Jessica Partin; and her grandchildren, Haven Atkins and Carter Atkins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
