He is survived by: his daughter Yvette Bennett (Jim Scott) of Frakes, KY; his grandchildren, Thomas Everett Bennett of Frakes, KY and Victoria Bennett of Frakes, KY; his great grandchild Thomas Bleu Everett Bennett Jr. of Frakes, KY.; and his siblings, Grant Partin of Frakes, KY, Raymond Partin Jr. (Cledia) of Frakes, KY, Barbara Durocher (Rodney) of Frakes, KY., Wanda Littrell of Frakes, KY. and Annette Partin of Frakes, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
