He is survived by: his wife Gloria Hamblin Partin; his sister Ruth Futrell (Joe); his stepsons, Keith Lay and David Lay (Bonnie); his niece Tina Futrell; his nephews, Travis Futrell and Anthony Petrey; his grandchildren, Haley Lay and Ryan Lay; his siblings-in-law, Gary Gambrel, Thomas Bostic, Ernest Petrey, James Doyle Hamblin, Dewey Wayne Hamblin, Carl Austin Hamblin, Lynn Hamblin, Denise Gertie Teague (Bob), Phyllis Potter and Debbie Rice; and his close friend Doug Fletcher.
