He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Baird Johnson; his children, Sheila Johnson, Ronnie (Janet Johnson), Charles (Michelle Johnson), Luke (Alisa Johnson), Tammy (Dale Middaugh), Gregory Dean Johnson (Elizabeth Warren), Angela Johnson (Charles Girdner) and Shawn (Johnny Daniels); his grandchildren, Amber, Adam Smith, Dustin, Susan Johnson, Cameron, Whitney Johnson, Sequoyah, Adam Brambley, Addison, Katherine Middaugh, Kristen Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Jeremiah, Melissa Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Justin, Amanda Reed, Jamie, LaShay Reed, Hailey Reed, Parker McCarty, Dalton and Anyssia Daniels; his great grandchildren, Trenton Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Ryker Johnson, Isaiah Smith, Amelia Smith, Skylar Gray, Ellie Grace Middaugh, Makaya Patterson, Brynlee Dean, Kiara Cloud, Abagail Johnson, Aubree Collett, Maverick Johnson, Alivia Reed, Avery Reed, Leah Reed, Samuel Reed, Mason of Indiana, Liliana Mason, John Wayne Mason, Alayiah Daniels and Ander Daniels; his sister Elise (Donnie Wagner); and his nephew Theodore Williams.
