It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Lockard (Fourmile, Kentucky), born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Lockard and Ethel Lockard (Laws). She is survived by: her sister Brenda Helton (Bill) of Fourmile, KY; and her niece Melissa Abernathy (Shane) of Smyrna, GA. She is also survived by extended family & dear friends.
