He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Osborn Meador of Fountain Run, KY; his daughter Heather Colleen; his son-in-law Richard Jacob Dieffenbach; his grandsons, Flynn William of Versailles, KY and Garrett Rhys Dieffenbach of Versailles, KY; his son Joel Michael; his daughter-in-law Angie Durham-Smith Meador; his stepgrandchildren, Michaela, Madison Smith and AnneClaire Saltsman of Glasgow, KY.; his brother David Dwight Meador (Robin) of Adolphus, KY; and his siblings-in-law, John Stephen Osborne and Teddi Jean Osborne of Adolphus, KY..
