She was predeceased by: her parents, Amy Proffitt (Kingery) and Eskel Proffitt; her husband William Cecil Crowe; her brothers, Morris, Glen and Herbert Gene Proffitt; and her son-in-law Wayne Sneed.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Wilson (George) of Gamaliel, KY, Lavonda Sneed of Glasgow, KY and Dewayne Crowe (Teresa) of Glasgow, KY; her grandchildren, Casey Vibbert (Jeremy), Heather Shelton (Dewayne) and Barton Wilson (Mailey); her great grandchildren, Kaeleb Vibbert, Kaeden Vibbert, Emmory Shelton, Stella Jean Shelton, Ora Rose Shelton, Brantley Wilson and Mason Wilson; her stepgranddaughter Christal Bushong (James); her stepgreat-grandsons, Jacob Morehead and Stephen Morehead; and her great great grandchild Evelyn Morehead.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rosie's memory may be made to Ebenezer Cemetery.
