He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Wyatt (Mark) of Fountain Run; his grandchildren, Ben Forman (Autumn), Seth Forman (Autumn) of Glasgow, Joni Meredith (Randy) of Ft. Run and Jamey Vibbert; his great grandchildren, Bentley Forman, Ryleigh Forman, Charlotte Forman, Jaxon Forman, Bryalon Scott, Jaeden Meredith and Laney Vibbert; and his sister-in-law Joyce Cross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
