He is survived by: his wife Anita McIntyre; his sons, Darren McIntyre (Amelia), Stacy McIntyre and Blake McIntyre (Haley); his grandchildren, Tayler Hall (Casey), Amber McIntyre (Joseph Rushing), Trace, Allison, Kylie and Emmy McIntyre; his great grandchild Tucker of Fountain Run, KY.; his brother Freeman McIntyre (Mary) of Glasgow, KY; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Mitchell (Mike) of Bowling Green, KY and Winston Cunningham of Scottsville, KY.
