She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Tackett and Julie Tackett (Walters); her spouse Billie Wayne Hall; and her son-in-law Jon Wallen. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Wallen of Oakland, KY, Ricky Hall (Shelia) of Scottsville, Randy Hall (Debbie) of Fountain Run and Gary Hall (Marcia) of Fountain Run; her siblings, James Tackett (Nancy) of Paintsville, KY, Paul Tackett, Timmy Tackett (Elaine), Phillip Tackett (Alba), Brenda Shinaberry of Ohio, Jesse, Oliver, Kenneth Tackett and Bessie Preston; and her grandson Adam Cartmill. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
